We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not sell to certain parts of the country where Miele does not service. 

 

For All Viking, U-Line, Five Star & Zephyr Products

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not sell outside of our trading area.

 

Installation

For all Maryland, Virginia and DC customers, please contact our store via phone or email to arrange installation. For all other customers please contact your local installers.

 

Payment Options

For your convenience Candeysappliance.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. If you feel more comfortable ordering by phone, please do not hesitate to call or email us.

 

Sales Tax

All Virginia residents are charged 5% sales tax on all orders.

 

Typographic Errors & Pricing Policy

While we try to take all necessary measures in assuring accurate information on our site, occasionally there is an error. If there is an error in price or product information, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to either contact you before shipping or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the price is lower than the stated price we will charge the lower price. If the price is higher than the stated price, we will, at our sole discretion, either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. 

Availability

Candeysappliance.com makes reasonable effort to fill your order as soon as possible. In-Stock items are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Special and custom orders may take longer to process and ship. If there is any problem with your order we will call or email you as soon as possible. For availability please either call or email us.

Product Inspections

While we hope that your order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally there are items that get damaged. To ensure that there is no damage to your package please follow these necessary steps:

For items shipped via Freight

While in the presence of the delivery driver, check the outside of the package for any physical damage. Then remove the packaging and check the product itself for any physical damage. If you see any damage, note it on the receipt. If the damage is severe enough, refuse the order and contact us. If you sign the receipt and do not note any damage, you must contact us within 24hrs of receipt. After 24hrs it is up to our sole discretion whether we allow you to return the product. You may either call or email us.

Missing Items or Damage

Please take the time to inspect the order upon delivery. If there is any damage or missing items it is your responsibility to either call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. If there is a missing item in your order, there is a possibility that it might be back ordered. If we notice any item that is back ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. Any claim noted after 24 hours will be subject to review, and, at our sole discretion, may be refused.

Important Info About Delivery

Once the item is delivered we are not responsible for that item. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the item gets safely inside. We accept no responsibility for items that are damaged or stolen because the item is sitting outside after delivery. MAKE SURE THERE IS SOMEONE AVALIABLE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ITEM GETS SAFLEY INSIDE UPON DELIVERY.

Order Status

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified via email. If there is a tracking number available it will be provided in the email. To check the status of your order, click on the order status button on our website.

Cancellation Policy

If the order has not shipped, then the order may be changed or cancelled at any time. After the order has been shipped you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all items that are returned. There are no returns or exchanges on special or custom orders.

Return Policy

Return/Exchange Policy

All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee unless there is any visible damage that renders the machine unusable. In case of any visible damage that renders the machine unusable there will be a full refund.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS FOR VAUUM PARTS OR ACCESSORIES UNLESS THERE IS ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE THAT RENDERS THAT PART OR ACCESSORY UNUSABLE.

You must call us for a Return Authorization number. Please note this on the returned item. Also, keep the number for your records to track the status of the return.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND MUST BE SHIPPED IN THE ORIGINIAL PACKAGING WITH ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES IN LIKE NEW CONDITION.

If there is any damage that occurs in transit that damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If not, the return is subject to review and, at our sole discretion, may be refused.
